Anando Ghosh : It gives me an immense pleasure to inform you that the supplied unit - Su-Kam 20 KVa / 360V Pure Sine Wave Inverter with DSP Topology and IGBT Technology - is working absolutely fine since last seven months after its installation. We are extremely satisfied with the superb performance of this power backup system. At times, it has also exceeded the maximum power backup time frame which was much beyond the committed time. I would also like to mention here about a recent power cut situation which took place at our Calcutta Office premises which continued for three days. Thanks to Su-Kam ... we had a 5KVa Su-Kam DSP Sine Wave inverter installed at our Calcutta Office. I was amazed to hear from one of my colleague in Calcutta that the this power backup unit provided enough power to carry on with our daily transactional activities on our system without any problem. Thanks to Su-kam's state of the art Technology!!! This unit has saved our man-hours and allowed us to continue processing our customers' orders, without any interruption during the power failure period for three consecutive days. I must mention here that the maximum committed time by Su-Kam was only for two hours. One thing is rest assured that Su-Kam demonstrates what they quote.
